DVB-T2 Monitoring Receiver

Deployment of DVB-T2 broadcasting standard can be secured with Avateq's DVB-T2 monitoring receiver. Because of its smart RFin-RFout design, the platform can be easily integrated into a transmitter system. AVQ1020 monitors the quality of a signal as well as general health of the transmitter.

DVB-T2 Stream Analyzer

The complexity of DVB-T2 signal structure requires real-time analysis to verify the correctness of the transmitted signal. AVQ1020 platform is able to analyze DVB-T2 specific parameters and to alarm the operator of identified problems.

DVB-T2 Monitoring Parameters:

1. RF signal parameters:

   • frequency shift;
   • spectrum shoulders;
   • group delay across the signal bandwidth.

2. Signal statistics:

   • MER;
   • PAR;
   • compression ration.

3. DVB-T2 standard specific parameters:

   • T2 frame PLP structure analysis;
   • full decoding of L1-pre and L1-post signaling.
